Historically, it has been challenging to spatially interrogate complex heterogeneous tissues in a high-throughput manner, especially without previously generated assumptions about the genes being expressed.

Learn how Visium Spatial products from 10x Genomics and Partek Flow bioinformatics software give you a comprehensive understanding of the relationships between cellular function, phenotype, interactions, and location in intact tissue sections. Using a 10x Visium data set of a mouse brain with two regions we will show how to use interactive visualizations to classify cell types and compare multiple regions at the gene and pathway levels.
