The Agilent SureSelect XT HS2 RNA reagent kit is a target enrichment system designed for RNA sequencing applications to quantify gene expression levels for downstream applications. In combination with Agilent’s sample QC and Agilent’s automation platforms, scientists can now use a new pipeline jointly developed by Agilent® and Partek® to perform comprehensive analysis of SureSelect XT HS2 RNA-Seq data.
