Get familiar with the standard single cell RNA-Seq data analysis workflow using the point-and-click interface of Partek™ Flow™. Attendees will follow a Partek Field Application Scientist in analyzing a tutorial data set. Please join from a laptop with Google Chrome browser installed.
You will learn how to:
- Import data
- Understand and apply parameters to filter for high quality data
- Normalize data
- Identify, classify, and visualize cell types with different strategies
- Detect and visualize gene expression changes across cell types
- Perform and visualize results of enrichment analysis
