When a customer has a special request or a problem, we are relentless in finding a solution. When someone has a new idea, regardless of their role in the company, we will discuss it in depth. If it’s a good one, it might just be in the next software release. When someone gets stuck on something, we will talk it through. When we achieve a major goal, we celebrate as a team.
