St. Louis, Missouri – November 26, 2007 – Partek Incorporated announced today that it has licensed Partek® Genomics SuiteTM (Partek GS) software to the French National Institute for Health and Medical Research (INSERM) and the University of Nantes.

Researchers at INSERM and the University of Nantes will use Partek GS to analyze data from expression and genotyping studies on tumor cells. The INSERM, established in 1964, is a public scientific organization that is dedicated to promoting health and well being of all citizens. The University of Nantes is located in Nantes, France.


Partek GS allows for thorough analysis of gene expression, exon alternative splicing, copy number, genome-wide SNP, and ChIP-chip regulation data within in the same software package. In addition, Partek GS provides easy to use workflows to walk through the analysis process. Partek GS is Affymetrix GeneChip-compatibleTM for gene expression analysis, exon expression analysis, chromosomal copy number analysis, tiling array analysis, and chromosomal copy number analysis of high density SNP arrays.
