St. Louis, Missouri – November 14, 2007 – Partek Incorporated announced today that it has licensed Partek® Genomics SuiteTM (Partek GS) software to Erasmus Medical Center (Erasmus MC).

Erasmus MC has recently expanded the number of Partek licenses in use at the facility. Located in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, Erasmus MC is a first class research hospital that also includes the Erasmus MC – Sophia hospital for children and the Erasmus MC – Daniel den Hoed Cancer Center.


Partek GS allows for thorough analysis of gene expression, exon alternative splicing, copy number, genome-wide SNP, and ChIP-chip regulation data within in the same software package. In addition, Partek GS provides easy to use workflows to walk through the analysis process. Partek GS is Affymetrix GeneChip-compatibleTM for gene expression analysis, exon expression analysis, chromosomal copy number analysis, tiling array analysis, and chromosomal copy number analysis of high density SNP arrays.
