St. Louis, MO - December 6, 2006 - Partek Incorporated announced today that Toronto General Hospital has purchased Partek Genomics Suite (Partek GS) software.

The Department of Circulatory and Respiratory Health, within the Hospital’s Research Institute, has purchased Partek GS to analyze data from heart and lung studies. Toronto General Hospital, part of the University Health Network of Canada, specializes in cardiac care and organ transplantation.


Partek Genomics Suite is designed to import, analyze, and visualize high-dimensional genomic data. It is Affymetrix GeneChip-compatibleTM for exon, gene expression, chromosomal copy number, and tiling array analysis.
