St. Louis, MO - December 6, 2006 - Partek Incorporated announced today that the Sir Henry Wellcome Functional Genomics Facility, part of the University of Glasgow system, has purchased Partek Genomics Suite (Partek GS) software.

The Wellcome Facility runs and analyzes Affymetrix microarray experiments for the University. The Facility will use Partek GS to help analyze the data derived from the microarray studies.

Partek Genomics Suite is designed to import, analyze, and visualize high-dimensional genomic data. It is Affymetrix GeneChip-compatible^TM for exon, gene expression, chromosomal copy number, and tiling array analysis.
