Candidate should have extensive design and implementation skills and experience implementing scientific software applications. Requirements:

• B.S. or Higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Strong background in computational methods, mathematics, statistics.

Systems Engineer
Candidate should have extensive software engineering skills and experience in multi-platform applications environments. Requirements:

• B.S. or Higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Experience with database, web, and systems integration.
• Experience on multiple platforms (e.g. UNIX, Windows).

Graphics & User Interface Engineer
Candidate should have extensive design and implementation skills and experience designing scientific software user interfaces and scientific visualization. Requirements:

• B.S. or Higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Experience with OpenGL on multiple platforms.
• Experience with Tcl/Tk a plus.

Statistician
This person will help develop statistical applications, assist with planning and assessment of projects, and consulting with customers and collaborators. Requirements:

• M.S. or higher in Statistics or Mathematics.
• 4+ years experience in statistics.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think analytically, to write technical material, and to relate statistical concepts and applications to statistical and non-statistical Partek users.
• Travel an average of five days per month to conduct training & consulting at customer sites.

Account Executive
This person prepares and delivers presentations to customers, directs internal resources including pre-sales and post-sales services, contracts, and conducts follow-up with customers to track satisfaction levels and uncover additional customer needs. Requirements:

• B.S. in Science, Engineering, MIS or related discipline.
• Background in the life sciences or engineering.
• 3+ years experience in the sales or marketing of computer software solutions (including related training products and services).
• Knowledge of advanced strategic sales techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to relate technical concepts to applications and user needs.
• Ability to travel on a frequent basis.

Software Engineer (field application specialist)
Candidate should have software design and implementation skills, general knowledge in biology, and ability of statistic data analysis. Requirements:

• M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or closely related field.
• Ability to consult with customer in defining user requirements.
• Knowledge of gene/exon expression, SNP, mass spectrometry.
• Data analysis technique, statistical testing modules.
• C/C++, TCL/TK, Windows/Unix platforms, VB, HTML, GUI programming skills.
• Travel 25% time for customer field consulting, support and user training.
