Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage

Partek provides 100% paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees. Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Dependent premiums are 100% employee paid. 

Long-term Disability, Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage

Partek offers this additional coverage as a 100% company paid benefit to the employee.

Retirement Savings

Employee 401(k) profit sharing plan which includes traditional 401(k) as well as Roth 401(k) options. Discretionary employer match based on salary deferral also offered.

Vacation, Personal, Holidays and Sick days

12 Vacation/personal days per year which can be carried from one year to the next
5 Sick days per calendar year (sick days do not roll over)
8 National Holidays

Employees may reasonably adjust their work schedules to meet personal/family obligations and other considerations.
